Twenty-Three Grade One teachers of the Division of La Carlota took their time in a 5-day live-out seminar-workshop on the implementation of the recent K to 12 curriculum for this school year 2012 - 2013 in the conference hall of the Division Office of La Carlota.
The Opening Ceremonies
Simple opening rites made every participant settle among themselves in an air-conditioned conference hall. Administrative Officer V Ruth F. Villanueva welcomed the teacher-participants.

The Preliminaries/Assessments
The lecturers/facilitators were led by the school principal of La Granja Elementary School, Mrs. Anna Lee Bartolo.

The Hands-On Activities
The teacher-participants were given the tasks on what to do based on the lecture. Then they worked on it and posted their outputs on the wall.
